Construction Update: December 27, 2021

Over the next two weeks, work will continue on the Waite Street Substation. Once again, work will be limited to National Grid property on the corner of Waite Street and Ferry Street in Salem. Parking on Waite Street and Ferry Street will continue to be limited to allow for greater access for National Grid and its contractors. During the week, you may notice equipment and materials moving in and out of the worksite via Bridge Street. This week work hours at this location are 7:00 am to 4:30 pm on weekdays. There are currently no plans to work on Christmas Eve, and plans for New Year’s Eve will be determined based on weather.

As work continues on the project, we encourage you to share this newsletter with your family and neighbors, so they can stay up to date with work in their area. We will continue with these weekly updates throughout the project to keep residents informed of our progress. To sign up for the newsletter, direct them to beverlyregionaltransmissionreliabilityproject.com/. Should you have any questions or concerns, or suggestions, please feel free to call us at our hotline (833) 238-4743 or email us at info@beverlyregionaltransmissionreliabilityproject.com.

We wish you a safe and happy start to the new year!

Thank you,

Beverly Regional Transmission Reliability Outreach Team
